Now Official

I finally got my letter from Personnel confirming I had been successful in my application for the job at Mission Control but no starting date as yet. It doesn’t really matter because I’m already doing the job and they owe me back pay for my temporary promotion. Everything seems to be so slow at head office these days and the temporary evacuation hasn’t helped matters. We now need two new members of staff in our dept and the newbies won’t start in time to help us over the Summer when more than half the workforce is off at the same time. I swear you need a qualification in stupidity to become a senior manager. How else can you explain it? We’ve been really struggling this week and I’ve been so tired at night. I’m really not looking forward to the struggle over the next few weeks.

Felicitation to be confirm for the job at Mission Control! We can see often things wich don’t get in the workworld; I know problems too in my job and always we try to find a solution with the means we have! And I can say that I’m very tired (you imagine 26 pupils of 3 and 4 years old in my class! hope there will a solution for you for the next few weeks!

Congrats to you - and you really deserved that!

Congrats to getting the job - It think :-) The work load seem to be pretty messed up though, so that didn’t sound as well…

Come on over and relax at a Swedish wedding :-)

Congratulations on getting the promotion. It may be hard over the next few weeks, but it’ll be worth it in the end - right?
