Things Can Only Get Better

Yeah, right… I am so furious about an incident at work today, I feel like curling up into a tight ball and crying myself to sleep. Some people are just mean and downright shitty to others. I’m sick of it. Apparently, an e-mail was sent around today stating I was complaining about something and people were coming up to me asking what the problem was and whether they were to blame. I had absolutely no idea what they were talking about but I have an idea who is responsible for the whole thing and I’m not letting it go. Of course, my manager wasn’t around today but I will be discussing this with her. No one has the right to use me as an excuse to make others toe the line and I don’t want people thinking I’m a crabby bitch.

Sometimes I really hate people…

Oh, I’m so sorry to hear that you have such a person at your work… *sigh* I know how it is. I worked for many years with a really pityful, horrible, troublemaking person and had to fight her all the time - because no one else had the gut, despite the fact that everybody detested her. It did get on my nerves to always be the one.

I couldn’t really go to the boss either, since I was the boss (haha) - and she was the boss over the other department. Tough situation. I finally did take her in a private room, eye against eye and then she wasn’t that cocky any more! I was ice cold. She had no chance. Problem was that she still continued to do this afterwards against some of the people working under her, but never so I could see it any more…

I applied for another work position because of her and before leaving I had a loooong talk with the boss above us, about her… My revenge? No, but I felt sorry for the others that had to be left with her!

They moved her aside, made it looking like a kind of promotion, but it really wasn’t.

I call them cowards. Why not tell her how things were and make her understand that her behaviour wasn’t acceptable?

Sometimes I too get mad at people. It’s so many unnessecary quarrels.

Many times the best thing is to ignore people trying to fight, but too many times, they actually need that some one put stop to it. If all persons had done that in a early stage, they might not have become so bad as they’re allowed to, year after year.

    ‘Nuff said. *giggles*
