I’m completely and utterly done in. It’s been a tough week at work and as expected my workload has increased so much I don’t have time to do the things that are part of my actual job. I feel like I’m in the middle of a major storm and everything is blowing around me in chaos. This afternoon, I just thought enough is enough and left early because I was close to tears and did not want to embarrass myself that way. I have to put up with this for another two months at the least - maybe longer.
I have a half day tomorrow and am going to the theatre tomorrow night so I’m just going to take it easy. Then I only have two working days next week before taking time off for Easter. Bring it on!

I know the feeling - everyone demands something from you. In Norway we have a saying: ‘Everyone is thinking of them self - you are the only one who are thinking of you - don’t forget take take care of yourself!’
You did the right thing going home and get some rest. Have a great weekend and a lovely Easter Holiday in advance
